Lunar Stories (2019)

Lunar Stories is a short story in three parts written by me. It is presented in the format of a zine. The stories take place at 50-year intervals. The first two chapters are about actual events in 1969 and 2019 while the third is fictional and takes place in 2069. The story is about the space race of 1969, the cold war, the moon landing, the current space race between billionaires, as well as the possibility of a future of space colonizing. It serves as a cautionary tale for what might happen if we allow billionaires to realize their dreams of space colonization. It touches on topics such as capitalism, power, nationalism, Amazon’s treatment of workers, and the future of our planet.
